A accedent & amputaion

 hi,

I just started my blog of an amputated person's life So firstly my name is thalitha madushan and I am from Sri Lanka. I started this blog because I was in an accident a few months ago the hospital had to remove my right leg below my knee I have 9inches of my leg below my knee now.

I was in a lot of pain or stress as you can say because I really didn't really realize anything from the time I still can really understand what happened I only can remember some fragment of my memory I was riding my bike and I suddenly saw a light but I didn't know what it was so I turn my bike to the left side (i am from Sri Lanka) so after that, I can't remember how I collided with the bus so after the coalition I got up but I was in a ditch in the side of the rood like 7-8 feet down so I shouted for help I thank god even to this day there were some young guys inside the bus and they stopped the bus and got off to see what happens so they came and rescued me  and put me in a tuk-tuk and  send me to a nearby hospital on the way ther i called my girlfiend but she was not ansewring so i called my mother then i told that got in to a acccedent and the details the nearest hospital was padukka hospital but there were no real fatalities there so the just tape my led and waited for my relatives the first one to come was my girfiend she was cring a lot but i didn't. so after that my father's sister came and the called an ambulance but the say they only go to homagama hospital so my girlfriend called a van of one of her relatives to send me to the accident ward in Colombo.

then the van came and I got on that and went toward Colombo to the hospital but on the way there I lost a lot of blood so I was really dizzy after that I was transferred to a troll and went inside my father was there  for me the howl time and the doctors examined me then I had to get an x-ray so after some time they  send me to the operation theater for the operation the told that they have to remove my leg but my father begged them to try and save the leg so after that the put some roads and tried to repair the leg 

so I was admitted to the hospital emergency ward for the accident I stayed there for 2 days and a lot of doctors came and checked on my progress but the leg got a lot batter at first but later it got worse so on that 2020-03-03 also my birthday I had to let go of my leg so the leg was cut off and I got admitted to a normal ward afterward after that I sted there for a couple of months I was really depressed and in a lot of confusion I was 26 at the time and I was going to talk to my girlfriend parents about our marriage but it all got a lot harder in just a few days so afterward my father and mother supported me a lot and gave me courage also my girlfriend also gave me hope so afterward I needed to have to put in a machine to pull out the blood that is ruined so I was taking to the operation therter agane to put the machine on so after that I was send to the ward again I had to be on that machine for 7-10 days before I can be operated again so in that time period the corona vires struked so no visitors was aloud only my father and mother came and my mothers brother-in-law was the one that was with me on those day at the hospital he helpd me in every thing to going to the bathroom and feeding me giving me a bath and a lot more so after a 7-10 days later I was taking to the operation theator for my surgery and I took about 5-6 hours for a skin graft to the amputated leg

so after that when I came to my senses I was in the ward so after that the ward doctor cam and told that if you want you can go home because there are corona patient in the hospital and near our ward, so my father and mother went home and came in the afternoon to get me to discharge I was so happy that I was discharged and going home.
